When you get in touch to place your order, a member of staff will also let you know what your delivery cost will be. It depends on how many tiles you order and what the postcode is for the delivery address.

Generally delivery is £99 per pallet and on 1 pallet you can fit up to 45 square metres of tiles.

For outdoor tiles it is sold by the crate, In 1 crates there is 21.60 square metre which is approximately 40 slabs.

Majority of our tiles have 2 to 4 random patterns. Also we do not have control over which patterns you will get as it is a random selection when picking the tiles out for your order.

Yes, if a customer wants to return any unused tiles then they can do so FREE of charge there is no cost, but needs to be done within 7 days.

Your tiles order will be delivered on the kerbside by the haulage/distribution company. It is the customers responsibility to take the product inside the premises. The delivery driver will only deliver at the kerbside, in certain circumstances the delivery driver would use their own discretion to use the customers drive with the customers permission.

You can return your full order back as long as it's within 7 days of delivery, but as long as the packaging of the tiles has not been opened and the tiles are resalable.

Also if you want to send any unused tiles you can do so within 7 days, there is no restocking fee.

As a company, we want you to be happy & satisfied with your purchase. If anything is incorrect or damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of delivery. This allows us to quickly address any concerns and make things right for you.

We work with an external pallet delivery company, so if there are any damages, we need to inform them within 24 hours of delivery to resolve the issue effectively.

We always advise to order an extra 20% of tiles to allow for wastage's and cuts that your tiler will do and due to the fragile nature of the product itself, these you can still use in corners and cuts where required.

Yes we do, when you order samples, we will send you LIVE images & videos of the tiles that your interested in. With these images & videos it gives you a better understanding of what the tiles look like rather than just seeing images on a computer screen. When you order from us, you must request images & videos so you know how they look.

All our indoor tiles are typically 9mm - 9.5mm thickness, and all our outdoor tiles are 20mm thickness with a R11 slip rating.
