  • HOW DO I ORDER?

  • HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
    We accept payment via BACS Transfer / Online Bank Transfer. Also we accept credit cards mastercard & visa instore only, there maybe a small percentage charge.
  • HOW MUCH IS MY DELIVERY?
    When you get in touch to place your order, a member of staff will also let you know what your delivery cost will be. It depends on how many tiles you order and what the postcode is for the delivery address.
  • DO YOU SELL TILE ADHESIVE, TILE TRIMS & GROUT?
    Apologies, but as a company specialises exclusively in tile sales. Whilst we don't sell tile adhesive, tile trims, or grout, we recommend checking out reputable suppliers like B&Q, Wickes, Travis Perkins or any trusted builders' merchant for these additional products.
  • HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
    All orders are delivered on wooden pallets using shrink wrap. We use a pallet distribution company for shipping tiles.
  • HOW MANY RANDOM PATTERNS IS THERE ON THE TILES?
    Majority of our tiles have 2 to 3 random patterns. Also we do not have control over which patterns you will get as it is a random selection when picking the tiles out for your order.
  • CAN I RETURN ANY UNUSED TILES?
    Yes, if a customer wants to return any unused tiles then they can do so but there will be a 25% re-stocking fee applicable. Also the customer is responsible for returning any unused tiles in a fully resalable condition and it is the customers responsibility to arrange delivery back to our warehouse.
  • WHAT IS KERBSIDE DELIVERY?
    Your tiles order will be delivered on the kerbside by the haulage/distribution company. It is the customers responsibility to take the product inside the premises. The delivery driver will only deliver at the kerbside.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
    You can return your full order back as long as it's within 30 days of delivery, but as long as the packaging of the tiles has not been opened and the tiles are resalable.
  • HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO NOTIFY OF ANY DAMAGES?
    As a company, we want you to be happy & satisfied with your purchase. If anything is incorrect or damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of delivery. This allows us to quickly address any concerns and make things right for you. We work with an external pallet delivery company, so if there are any damages, we need to inform them within 24 hours of delivery to resolve the issue effectively.
  • CAN I PICK MY TILES UP?
    Yes But We Need 1 HOURS NOTICE for the warehouse to process and take the relevant stock out, you can pick your tiles up from our distribution centre at Urban Tile, Curo House, Logic Leeds, Nursery Pit Drive, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS15 0FE. Also you will need to sign a document to say that you have checked all the goods are in perfect condition before you load & take the tiles away.
  • WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
    We only deliver throughout the UK.
  • HOW MANY TILES SHOULD I ORDER
    We always advise to order an extra 15% of tiles to allow for wastage's and cuts that your tiler will do. Also allow 4-8% for tiles been broken or cracked during transit, due to the fragile nature of the product itself, these you can still use in corners and cuts where required.
